The Prism Promise

This is our promise to you: no student poaching, no negativity, and no unnecessary risks for dancers. We believe in honoring and supporting the training that happens every day in the studio, and in strengthening not replacing the work teachers and dancers are already doing together.

We created this space for dancers and teachers alike to reflect positivity, build community, explore creativity, and grow as leaders. Our goal is to provide an experience that uplifts everyone involved and leaves participants feeling inspired and supported.

Just like a prism, we take one light and refract it outward spreading inspiration, community, and creativity throughout the dance community.
